Good News!

Victory Education Foundation (VEF Project) is happy to inform everyone, that the first donation for  this project has been presented to Fetteh Church of Christ D/A School and the whole community of Gomoa Fetteh -Ghana. The presentation was done on the 18th July 2014 by VEF Project senior representative in Ghana, Rev Dr. Paul Frimpong Manson the General Superintendent of AOG Ghana.

Rev Dr. Frimpong Manso has been a really influential in the success of this project. We were able to donate educational resources worth more than 10,000 UK pounds

Some of the educational resources were: 500 story books (to setup a small library for the children and young people to access) 200 Science text books (Biology, Physics and Chemistry) Over 200 Pieces of Science laboratory equipments telescopes, lenses, animal skeletons, 8 Printers 1 industrial and 7 all in one office type printers. There were also 15 complete computer systems; including LCD monitors, computer base stations, keyboards, PC mice and several extra monitors and keyboards. (see list of donations)

Victory Christian Centre

VCC have founded an exciting new project (Victory Education Foundation) to assist in enabling children and young people in West Africa easy access to a basic education. It is also setup to make a difference in the lives of disadvantaged children, young people and communities.

VCC strongly believe every child deserves a decent education irrespective of their location in the world. We believe in helping humanity as a whole. It is a well known fact that lack of a decent education is one of the greatest causes of poverty. We are here to change the one life that needs our help, so why don't you join us to give the help and make a change that is needed today. Thank You.

George Mitchell School

It is one the leading schools in east London. It is a constant progressive school all round The school has fantastic members of staff, who make the success of the school possible. The school has been in partnership with the victory education foundation project for some time now. The school shares the same vision with victory education foundation project (every child deserves a decent education). On this note they have been supporting the project with educational resources.

Tony Hartney & Gladesmore School

The citizenship department led by Mr. Lee Carroll and Miss Jodee Dimes are the people that make sure funds and resources are raised by the school to support the project. Gladesmore have donated a substantial amount of resources in order to set up a library and a science lab for the Fetteh Church of Christ D/A school and the Gomoa Fetteh community to benefit.

Her Majesty’s Inspectors of Schools (HMI) recognised Gladesmore Community School, in OFSTED inspections in 2008, 2009 and 2014 to be OUTSTANDING in every aspect of its work.

The Department of Education has rated the school in the top 3% for contextual value added progress and listed Gladesmore in the top 50 schools nationally. Gladesmore was awarded High Performing School Status. The school was one of a small group of schools receiving this accolade.

Gladesmore are winners of the ICT Excellence Award for secondary schools. This was achieved through exemplary practice and results.
